The Pearl of the Albanian Nature

One of the most famous villages of Korce County, located between mountains in the southeast of Albania, half an hour away from Korce, an important cultural and commercial center during 18th century. But it continued to be an important religious center for the indigenous people because of the important churches they had, there are still 7 churches and a monastery among them.

It is known for the presence of the oldest printing house since the Ottoman era. Voskopoja is characterized by its pure air so it is highly recommended for patients with asthma or any respiration problems, the picturesque nature between mountains, pine forests, water springs and medical plants.

You will be impressed by the organic products there from meat, dairy products to leather also the traditional clothes.

A must eat meal there a traditional meal called Lacror.

The village’s distinctive activities are skiing during winter, camping during summer, and riding horses all year long.
